Hey everyone!

I’m Youna, 28 yo, from France, currently in Australia with a Working Holiday Visa and planning to stay in the area for several months (or more if life’s good here!).

I’m looking for a room in a shared house — ideally furnished, with access to a garden or outdoor area (that’d be a big plus 🌿).

I’d like to be at the South Perth/Fremantle without a specific neighborhood, provided it is close to public transport — I have a SUV 4x4 but I prefer not to rely on it daily, so a parking spot is a must.

💰 Budget: up to $300 AUD/week all bills included

📆 Lease: up to 3 months/6 months

🌞 About me
I’m very organised and clean — I come from a hospitality background, so “I take it, I clean it, I put it back.”
I really care about keeping common spaces tidy and pleasant for everyone.
I’m an early bird: I get up early, go to bed early, don’t drink alcohol, and don’t party much (though I’m happy to share the occasional dinner or chill night).
I do a lot of sport — running, cycling, climbing, and I’m learning to surf 🏄‍♂️
I speak English comfortably, even if I’m still improving every day — and I’d actually prefer to live with non-French speakers to stay immersed and keep learning.
I’m easy-going, respectful, and I love living in a place where people communicate and respect each other’s rhythm — sharing moments together, but also knowing when to give each other space.
🎶 I love music (all kinds!), animals (so if you have any, that’s a big yes from me 🐕🐈), and quiet, balanced homes.

Roommates who are active, kind, tidy, non-smokers indoors, and not heavy partiers
A clean, respectful, inclusive home
Ideally female flatmates or mixed, easy-going people
And just to be transparent — I’m a trans man, and it’s important for me to live in a safe and open-minded environment where I can just be myself 🌈
