Hi! 👋🏻
My name is Shanna, and I am 19, turning 20 this November. I was born and raised in Japan, and moved here in February of this year. I am a student at Griffith Uni studying interior design.

I am looking for a place to live in for next year, with the possibility of extending my stay until late 2027. One of my hobbies is cleaning, and my friends describe me as organised and a neat freak.

My budget is $300 p/w; however, I am willing to go over budget depending on the room conditions. I am looking for a place that is close to uni or is within walking distance of a tram station, as I do not own a car. I also prefer an ensuite bathroom, but I am also willing to share with another person.

I have a boyfriend who comes over to my current accommodation frequently, so a place that allows me to bring friends over would be preferred. I am an introvert and hate parties, so there is no need to worry about me turning your house into a party house. :)

I have a very cute toy poodle back in Japan with my parents, so I do not mind living with pets; however, I am allergic to cats.

Some random facts about me are that I really enjoy being in photos and taking photos. I own two digital cameras and I love decorating my room with photos. I enjoy cooking from time to time. I can speak Japanese and English, and studied Spanish during high school. I am also teaching myself Cantonese.

I want to live in a space that is right for me, so I would love to do some house inspections and get to know you before making my decision! :)
