Hey, I’m Ryan 👋
I’m 36 and based on the Sunshine Coast. I run two fitness businesses (Fitstop Coolum & Fitstop Noosa) and also work in strength and conditioning with professional and academy-level athletes. My weeks are usually pretty structured early mornings, coaching, training, and a lot of time outdoors.

Outside of work, I’m pretty chill. I value a tidy, respectful home environment and enjoy downtime watching sport, getting to the beach, or catching up with mates. I’ve got a 3-year-old son, Kaiden, who stays with me part-time, so I really value a calm and positive space.

I’m clean, reliable with rent and bills, easy to get along with, and happy to share a meal or keep to myself depending on the vibe of the house.
