Hi! my name is Ben, I'm a 29 year old Irish Electrician currently working full-time in costruction. I'm quiet, respectful other people's space but also enjoy socialising and a drink or two at the weekend. I love music, going to concerts and occasionally playing my guitar (at the right time of course) i also enjoy staying fit and will spend many evenings in the gym. Looking for a room, ideally in the st. kilda or prahran area but open to other areas. I have previous housemate references if needed :)
