I'm Violet from Poland, on postgraduate visa, working as babysitter. I'm quiet, unproblematic and respectful, I've been leasing my current place for 5 years but it was sold so I have to move out.

I'm looking for a room ideally from 14/10 (could be later if it suits you better).
My budget is $230-300.
I need a free parking with walking distance.

Preferred location: anywhere between Campsie/Summer Hill/Beverly Hills/Bexley/Rockdale/Brighton le Sands and all the surrounding areas

I share a bed with my 5 year old child, he is very very quiet and well behaved. He attends childcare 4 days per week, also we often spend entire sunny days outside. I'm a clean person who likes to vacuum the floor.

Please advise:
- when can we organise inspection asap?
- is there a sgl/queen bed, mattress, or I need to bring mine?
- is there washing machine?
- how much notice is needed to end the rental?
