Hi! I’m 31 and originally from Hong Kong. I’m currently in Australia on a Working Holiday visa and working full-time at Garden City.

I’m hoping to move in around 30 September and ideally stay for at least 3 months, although I’d be open to staying longer if everything works out well.

I’m pretty easy-going, friendly and respectful. I enjoy having a chat and getting to know the people I live with, but I also appreciate having a peaceful and comfortable home to come back to after work.

I’m a non-smoker and I’m not really into partying at home. I’m also quite clean and tidy, and I’m always mindful of keeping shared spaces clean and making sure I clean up after myself.

I’m respectful of other people’s space and privacy, and I’m hoping to find a place where everyone can feel comfortable and relaxed.

I’m reliable with rent and work full-time, so paying rent on time is no problem.
