Hey, my name is Josie and I’m looking for a housemate to find a place together to live on the Mornington Peninsula!

I’m a friendly, caring and extroverted-introvert who enjoys catching up with friends, but also likes quiet time at home and going for walks whilst listening to a good audiobook or podcast.

I have lived in share houses before and have always respected peoples’ space and belongings, and paid bills/rent on time. I’m known for being very clean, neat, tidy and organised.

I would like to find a light-filled place, preferably walking distance to the beach, which is easy to clean and maintain, has a good size kitchen and living spaces, and has a small backyard as I babysit a friend’s gorgeous dog fairly regularly.
