Josie

My name is Josie and I’m looking for a place/room to rent or housemate(s) to then rent a place together, on the Mornington Peninsula.

I’m an osteopath who enjoys catching up with friends, but also likes quiet time at home and going for walks whilst listening to a good audiobook or podcast.

I have lived in share houses before and have always respected peoples’ space and belongings, and paid bills/rent on time. I’m known for being very clean, neat, tidy and organised.

I would like to find a light-filled place, fairly close to the beach, which is easy to clean and maintain, has a good kitchen and living spaces, and ideally has at least a small backyard as I co-parent a gorgeous blue heeler x kelpie dog. He is nearly 11yo, is very obedient, loves a walk, but also enjoys sleeping for most of the day. My co-parenting arrangement is flexible.
