Hi I’m Jay! Born in Australia and actually came from the east coast, now living in Perth I’m looking for a nice place which is clean as well as involves a good and stable internet connection for online gaming and streaming services, also a table/desk for me to put a monitor on. I’m fine with a quiet vibe but also keen on a little chit chat and interactions with others given the opportunity and would talk to house mates about my interests which includes but not limited to: video games, walks, cooking, social outings and gatherings.

Also if possible, a place which is open to having people stay over for the night who aren’t tenants of the property, as I have a partner who lives in Perth who I’d love to see every now and then, obviously in writing/speech beforehand before staying over.

My profile says I am unemployed at the moment but I am starting a job on the 20th of November, just in case there is any worries regarding payments as well as being on Centrelink currently.
