I'm a very active semi retired remedial massage therapist, musician (vocals), volunteer arts administrator, grandmother (great-grandmother of one) aged 69 with own transport and pretty easy going attitude. I have recently shared with some family members during covid and like the idea of company at some times and privacy at others - especially if I'm working on a grant application or doing my tax :)
I tend to be away from the house a lot with work, babysitting (at my granddaughter's in Greensborough) and volunteering, but I do like to cook to my own diet (semi keto and not so much meat). I can happily do shared meals on occasion, but usually just look after myself.
As you haven't directly indicated age range in your household I'd be interested to know whether my age is an inhibiting factor but to me age is pretty irrelevant.
I'd be happy to come and talk about tenancy if convenient for you. I'll be moving from where I am now by 16th Dec but can potentially start paying a bit earlier than that.
