I am a 47-year-old professional woman who works full time Monday to Friday and work markets and events some evenings and weekends too. This means when im home i enjoy a clean and peaceful space. Im an early riser but will often be in bed 8pm reading a book or falling asleep to netflix. I relocated from Adelaide and have no furniture so will need a bed at least and a tv in the bedroom is a bonus. I also require somewhere to park my car. I do require my own bathroom to suit my schedule and a private living area/ kitchen is also a huge bonus. Im a friendly person but do require my home life to be quiet as I have to talk alot for work! I dont have any children or pets, I rarely drink and dont smoke. Im incredibly respectful of people's homes and treat it as my own.... better actually! When im not working I enjoy the beach, taking walks, and outdoor vibes. If I could find a studio that would be amazing, otherwise a houseshare with people of similar early starts/ early evening routines. Bills would need to be included and a desk and internet is becoming a must. Feel free to connect if you think you have somewhere suitable.
