Hi everyone! I’m moving to Brisbane for 4–5 months and looking for a room in an all-girls or young-professional flat—ideally something walkable, and social with other young women or uni students.
A bit about me: I’m 23, just graduated college, very outdoorsy and nature-loving, and I’m a singer who’s obsessed with going to live music (indie rock/surf rock/garage/alternative). I’m also super into handmade art—pottery, woodwork, handmade jewelry, artisan markets—and I love street fashion and vintage finds. I’m tidy, chill, friendly, socially active but respectful of personal space, and always happy to help with chores, or the occasional cooking night. I am usually very quiet at home (sometimes a bit of humming to myself), get up early, I don't smoke, own pets, or have kids. I recently did a police background check, and can send if desired for peace of mind :)
I’m hoping for a safe, lively, creative area that is urban and close to CBD or anywhere with lots of young people and a fun vibe. My move-in timing is flexible for December/January, and my budget is around $450–$500/week.
