Carport or Garage for my car is essential. I am a educator so I require storage for my resources and teaching material. On my days off and on weekends I enjoy being in nature and the outdoors. A court yard where I can enjoy my morning coffee and read a book will be a great space for me to relax. I am a non smoker and prefer my own company. Require my own private laundry and kitchen space in my home. Private entrance.
