We’re a professional couple in our 30s looking for a small, comfortable place to call home — ideally a studio, a one-bedroom apartment, or a self-contained granny flat. We’re hoping for a private place of our own rather than shared accommodation.

I work as a teacher/trainer at a college, and my wife as an OSHC coordinator at a school.

We both work part-time, live a quiet lifestyle, and like to keep things tidy and well organised. We don’t smoke, have pets, or host parties, and we’ve always been punctual with rent and payments.

We’re simply looking for a peaceful place where we can settle in long term and take good care of the property. In our downtime, we enjoy relaxing at home, cooking, and spending time outdoors — nothing too noisy or disruptive.
