Callum Withers

Hello, I am Callum - I am 25 years old and have lived in Melbourne for one year. I have full working rights here as a New Zealand citizen and plan to stay long term. I would like a place near the Mernda train line - eg northcote, preston, cliffton hill, that part of the north side please.

I am pretty easy to live with - quite friendly, and always down for a chat but I do enjoy my own space too so you'll see me from time to time. I do not want to live in a party house - I dont mind if people have friends round and what not, just not keen for a party house. I am tidy and work full time. I recently started playing guitar and usually spend my saturdays out exploring melbourne. I am an early riser for work so am not up late. My preference would be to live with others in a similar work/sleep routine.
