Hi!
I’m Mia, a 24-year-old from South Korea here on a Working Holiday. I landed in Australia on March 22nd and I’m now looking for a clean, tidy, and cozy place to call home. Back in Korea, I worked in cafes, and I’m currently looking for a barista role here in Brisbane.

🏡 Why I’d be a great flatmate:

* Reliable & Independent: Having lived on my own for 4 years during university (majoring in Child and Family Studies), I’m fully self sufficient. I take responsibility seriously and pride myself on always being spot on with rent and bills.

* Social yet Respectful of Boundaries: I’m friendly and enjoy a good chat, but I’m also a big believer in personal boundaries. I know how to balance being a social flatmate with respecting everyone’s need for downtime.

* Clean & Mindful of Rules: I’ve lived in apartments my whole life, so I’m well-versed in the unspoken rules of communal living. I’m mindful of noise and shared spaces; I always clean up after myself immediately and love keeping common areas spotless.

🌱 A little bit about me:

I’m a huge music and festival lover (already got my Tame Impala tickets!), but I’m not really a party person. I prefer a peaceful home environment where I can properly recharge. When I'm recharging, I usually enjoy listening to music and watching movies or TV shows. I also love going for walks to enjoy everything in the outdoors.
Since I’ve spent most of my life in city apartments, I’ve always dreamed of living in a house with a small garden or backyard. I’d love a spot where I can feel the breeze and relax in nature after a shift at the cafe.
