Hi, I’m Hoi Yan. I’m from China and have been living in Australia for the past 17 years. I’m currently completing my Master of Clinical Psychology at Western Sydney University. I’m an easy-going and respectful person who values kindness, clear communication, and a peaceful living environment.

I spend quite a lot of time studying at home, so I really appreciate a quiet, tidy space where everyone can feel comfortable. I don’t smoke, drink, or party, and I don’t take drugs. I also don’t have pets or children. I like to keep the house clean, pay rent on time, and make sure shared areas stay pleasant for everyone.

I’d love to live with friendly, considerate people who have a similar lifestyle — calm, responsible, and respectful of each other’s space. I prefer housemates who don’t party or take drugs, and who also enjoy a peaceful and well-kept home. I’m always happy for a short chat over tea, but I also value privacy and quiet time to recharge.
