Venice C and Tulip H

Me and my friend tulip are looking two rooms to rent out as we continue our studies at QUT university (Kelvin Grove Campus) in February.

Why would i be a good fit?
I work regular shifts in hospitality and recently completed a Certificate 3 in Hospitality to advance into professional catering, barista work and/ or bartending. I also have a scholarship and rental assistance to support me as I work and complete uni. I am respectful of others and the environment that I'm living in, and I am a naturally clean and tidy person who values homely environment. I am communicative and values the privacy and personal space of my roommates and am looking for someone who can offer the same in return. I don't smoke, drink, or do drugs and I don't stay out late.

I love plants and have a few that I would be bringing with me. I love cooking and if you were my roommate you could try the baked goods I make ;)

What about Tulip?
Tulip works about 40 hours a week in retail. We have many shared values and personality traits and that is why we are such good friends and a great roommate duo! She is very respectful, polite, and aspires to be a high school teacher.
