Hello, I'm Ben. I am in my mid 40s. Single and no kids.

I normally work as a draftsman but unemployed at the moment. I am having a break from work for a little while.

I am introverted and private in nature. And very much a homebody. I don't mind the occassional banter as living alone can be quite lonely. I am quite laid back but also tidy and responsible. I try to keep fit and healthy as I'm a keen mountain biker.

In my spare time, I am studying a finance course and learning a second language. I like to play PC games as well.

I am not a smoker, not a drug taker, not a party person.

I prefer older (35+) housemates (1 or 2) and a living environment that is quiet, drama-free, and secure. I'm not into pets very much but I don't mind cats.

I'm looking for a space that has parking and some small area that I can store two push bikes and some personal items in boxes.
