Hi am Anthony. am Retired IT Software Engineer. Decided to slow down a little. as i have always kept busy. with Ocean Ski paddling in my spare time.. am very private person. and keep to myself.. my landlady am current boarding with is selling her home..early next year. so i have to find another room... i have been boarding with her for about 15 yrs. with her small dog as well.. i am a animal lover too i am a quiet nature guy. open personality . dont drink.. or smoke. love animals. i like to keep busy to be active. i like to keep clean and the area am in. . .. have always paid board on time. . i do things around the house.. and even here now i usually look after the lawns. i have a master degree in computer science. . my work before kept me in and out of australia.. so now i stay put. i keep to myself.. just about stay in my room.. i would like to have a ensuite . some. due to sometimes i might come back from work late. or if i get up early to go to coast. i wont disturb anyone. i work now as a plant maintenance manager.. have my own open hours so its good. hoping to find a nice room.. i have my own tv.. tallboy.. queen bed and side tables.. i would like to keep my car off the street am a little protective of it.. and sometimes have a carbon fibre racing ski on it. i wouldnt mind a garage. and i dont mind paying extra for it. thanks for your time on here...
