Hey! I'm Ignacio, i am 31 years old, from Chile, south america, but feel free to just call me Nacho.
I've arrived Sydney this 18th July and my visa expires (working holiday visa 462) on same date but 2026, so i will only be focused on doing my best at my current work place, wich im really comfortable going every weekday.

I'm looking for a room to rent near chatswood area, because my boss is picking me up outside the train station every weekday morning and it will be really nice for me to just wake up and walk to the station or maybe have a quick bus/train/metro ride to get there, because we are heading to Mount Kuring Gai for work so a long trip awaits us there hehe.

It will mean the world for me if my new place to rent includes a dog in it, because there is nothing that warms my soul and heart more than the happy welcome a doggy can give to me, aswell as being able to pet it anytime.

In adition to that, I'm really quiet,respectful and value my off days rests, so i would really aprecieate to find a place that can allow me to have time for my own at peace.
