Hi Future Roomie! We are two mature people looking for a home to relocate to between Ormeau or Coomera/Upper Coomera.
Ideally we would like to rent two rooms - one for us and one for Age’s 10 year old son who will stay every second weekend.
I know this may seem uncomfortable but I promise you it will be a match made in heaven. We are respectful, like to keep a clean and tidy home and have good references. We are currently living in a share home/flat situation which works really well for us and our current landlord however, we would like to be closer to where Age’s son lives full time so we can attend sports events and also be closer to the beach.
We work, although not 9-5 we are often at work in the evenings and weekends.
Happy to find somewhere that might want to start with a short-term lease to ensure we are the right fit but that would also be ok with a quiet 10 year old boy sometimes. Looking forward to hearing from you :-)
