David and Cheyanne

We are clean, tidy, and respectful housemates who enjoy a calm and comfortable home. Originally from the Gold Coast, we are both fairly quiet and enjoy spending time with family.
David works casually in gardening and is looking to move into construction. He enjoys being outdoors, fishing, and working on his car. Cheyanne is returning to study childcare, is an introvert, and is very easy to get along with.
We are looking for like minded people who enjoy a good balance of friendly interaction while also respecting personal space, time, and privacy.
We are flexible if the room is furnished or unfurnished. Ideally looking to move in around the start of January 2026. Our combined maximum budget is $600 per week, preferably including bills if at that price.
