I'm looking for a new room from around 23th August.

I am currently living in Mosman Park and absolutely love this beautiful coastal area.

Unfortunately, my current landlord's family is unexpectedly moving back into the house, so I urgently need to find a new room and move out by August 27th.I work in the beauty industry in North Fremantle. Since I don't have a car, I am looking for a peaceful, clean room that is close to my workplace or has convenient access to public transport (trains/buses).I am a tidy, responsible, and quiet person who values everyone’s privacy and enjoys a healthy lifestyle. In my free time, I love running along the coast.✨

Preferred Areas (Near these stations) ✨North Fremantle, Mosman Park, Victoria Street, Cottesloe, Grant Street, or Fremantle.

* If there is a place close to the beach/ocean within my budget, that would be absolutely amazing!

* A furnished private room (own bathroom preferred)

* Within AUD$300 per week

* I prefer a calm, quiet, and peaceful living environment. Since I am in my mid-30s, I would love to live with people of a similar age group or those who enjoy a mature lifestyle.

* I work in Japanese Red Cross Society Head office and Beauty work when I was in Tokyo. I work in Beauty Salon, North Freamantle.

* On my days off, my routine is doing yoga, running (beach), reading. I also absolutely love cooking!

* I'm clean, tidy, calm, considerate, respectful, and kind. Non-smoker, no drugs, and definitely not a party person.

* I don't drink often. I'm a morning person and enjoy a healthy lifestyle.
