I’d like to introduce myself and express my strong interest in renting a room or small property urgently. I’m a 22-year-old Colombian student, and I’ve been living here for about ten months now.

I’m looking for a place where I can move in as soon. I can offer $300 per week and have no issue providing a bond of about two or three weeks. I’m really hoping to find something quickly and can be flexible with visiting times.
