Hey I’m Jacob, I’m 21, and I’ve just recently moved over from New Zealand. I’m looking for a friendly place to call home and some great people to share it with. I’m pretty easy-going, tidy, and respectful of other people’s space and routines. I like to keep common areas clean and am always considerate about noise and guests. I’m happy doing my own thing but also enjoy a good chat.

I work hard and like to keep a good balance between being social and having downtime. Outside of home, I enjoy exploring new places, sports, and music I’m hoping to find a relaxed, welcoming flat where everyone gets along and the space feels comfortable and easy to live in.
