Hey Hey,

We’re Maria and Lani, two German girls ready to trade study stress for sunshine, surf and the Australian way of life.☀️🌊

After finishing our studies, we’re heading to Melbourne for a Work & Travel adventure because… well, it’s time to jump out of our comfort zone and just live life a little. Think brunch, beach days, dancing nights, koala cuddles, and pretty much everything in between.

About us:
✨ Lani already lived in Shanghai for 7 months and discovered she’s a total globetrotter, always keen to try new things. She wants to get back into dancing, learn tennis, maybe even pick up Spanish. Basically: if it’s fun, she’s in.
✨ Maria grew up in the countryside but fell in love with city life in Munich, Dirndl, Maßbier and all that good Bavarian chaos. She’s into good music and is an amazing cook (your future favourite flatmate, trust us).

Together, we want to explore Australia, meet new people, create memories, and say yes to every fun opportunity that comes our way. We’re easy-going, tidy, social, and always up for good vibes, whether it’s a beach day, a sunset drink, or a chill night with good food and a glass of wine.

We’re super excited for this adventure and can’t wait to meet new people and hopefully find a fun, friendly share house to call home. 🪩🌺🏝️
