I had a great start to life with two wonderful, loving and intelligent parents who were both teachers. like them, I am a very reserved, kind, warm and considerate human.
I have ~20yrs lived experience being a tenant, housemate etc as well as 10yrs as a landlord myself.
I possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
I have more than one source of income. currently two part time jobs and many other options available to me.
Long term goal is to join the defence force but in the meantime i predict i will require between two to eight months accommodation.
