Claire, Nick and Ben

Hello! We are three professional, friendly, and tidy adults looking for a new house to rent, as our current home in Bayswater is about to be demolished. Claire (36) is an art teacher and glass artist, Nick (27) is a florist and student nurse, and Ben (30) is an electrician. We all work full time, have glowing references and up-to-date police clearances, and take great pride in keeping our home clean, organised, and relaxed.

Claire also comes with her best friend Elvi — a well-behaved, gentle 9-year-old dog who is fully house-trained, doesn’t dig, and mostly naps or entertains us with her goofiness. We also have excellent references for her from a previous landlord.

We aren’t party people and treat home as our sanctuary where we can unwind, cook dinner together, watch movies, create, and recharge. We all have creative hobbies and really value a peaceful, well-kept space. We also love the outdoors — camping, fishing, and boating — and Claire has a small tinnie that will need somewhere to be stored (not necessarily undercover).

We’re all non-smokers and have no children. Our budget is up to $750 per week, and because we all do a lot of driving for work, we’re open to any NOR suburb from the city up to past Joondalup. We are looking for an entire house for just us 3 and not a share house.
