I’m a friendly and compassionate 36-year-old woman with a deep love for creativity and the outdoors. For the past eight years, I’ve run my own stained-glass business as an artist and teacher, and I also work as an art technician at a private school in the northern suburbs.
I’m separated and live with my beloved 9-year-old dog, Elvira "Elvi", a well-behaved goofball and my best buddy. I love all forms of art and craft, nature walks, boating, camping, and fishing. I have a small tinny boat that will need a parking spot (it doesn’t need to be undercover) and the bonus is, I can take you out on weekend boating trips!
I’m a big nature lover with a strong appreciation for Australian bush culture. I also enjoy cooking, Pilates, and listening to all kinds of music. I’m not interested in a party house as I prefer a peaceful home environment. I would love a studio, granny flat or even a caravan, as I really value my own space.
I’m a non-smoker with no children. Cleaning is therapy for me, so I keep my home very tidy and inviting. I’m looking for a place that can be my sanctuary - somewhere to indulge in my creative passions, disconnect from the world and recharge.
I have glowing references from my previous rentals, including my last home that I rented for 9 years. I also have references for my dog.
As a single person with a creative business my budget isn't huge. The max I could afford is $400 a week. I am also open to gardening, cleaning, dog walking and/or babysitting for rent. I do alot of driving and and work past Joondalup so I'm happy to live in any suburb NOR.
I also have a current police clearance and WWC.
