Hey I’m Jack. I’m currently renting a one bedroom apartment in Newstead, but my lease is up at the end of Jan 2026 and I am not planning to renew. So I will be looking for a room or potential housemate to team up with to find a new place to call home to try and save some money.

I’m in my early thirties, have a 9-5 type job and work from the office generally. Usually try to go to the gym of a morning before work. I am pretty clean and tidy and would expect the same from a flatmate in the communal areas. I’m happy to hang out on occasion but I also appreciate my own space and time as well.
