I’m a 28-year-old Canadian currently living in Australia on a working holiday, and working locally in hospitality.

I’m clean, respectful, and very easy to live with. I keep shared spaces tidy and am considerate of others’ routines. I live a fairly balanced lifestyle: I’m often out working or enjoying the outdoors, but I also really value a calm, cozy home environment to unwind in the evenings.

I’m reliable with rent and communication, and I’m looking for a place that feels like a peaceful, well-kept home and not some party house. Happy to provide references and move in quickly if it’s the right fit.
