I'm a woman in my sixties who enjoys a healthy active lifestyle (most of the time....) swimming, hiking, cycling, reading, the arts and working on creative projects. I run my own bookkeeping business for the creative advertising industry and also do dog walking and childcare.

I'm looking for a relaxing home to unwind and recharge and if possible has an outdoor space as I have some plants.

I can relate to people of all ages and have had many younger flatmates from all around the world and I'm accepting of a persons life choices. I'm independant but happy to share a meal/wine and chat/laugh about life but I'm respectful of the other persons space.

I pay my rent and bills on time and it would be great if $350pw included bills but not a deal breaker. I'm looking for 6-12 months.
