I am clean & tidy, respectful, love gardening & nature, don't smoke or do parties. I have lived in Tassie most of my life, I have casual work in Aged Care & I plan to study part-time in 2026. I enjoy a good laugh & the occasional glass of wine.
I am looking for a sunny place with a big enough bedroom to have a double bed, a desk & some indoor plants. Would prefer bathroom with separate toilet. Housemates that are over 40 & not too rowdy.
