Sandy and Jehmal

Hi there!
We are two respectful and easy-going people currently living in Perth. I’m a French student in my 30s on a student visa, studying yoga teaching. I work in retail, food & beverage, and events, so I have a steady routine.

Jehmal is Australian and in his twenties. He is studying audio engineering, works as a piano teacher for kids, and is also an AI entrepreneur. He enjoys video games, coding, and creative projects.

We have both always lived in shared houses and rented for many years, so we are reliable, considerate, and know how to live well in a community. We don’t smoke, don’t party, have no pets, and don’t have a car. We’re organised, clean, and like a calm, tidy home where everything has its place.

We value coming home to a peaceful, clean space that feels like home after work and study.

We’re looking for a furnished studio or granny flat, ideally close to Perth CBD, with bills included. Our budget is up to $600 per week, and we’re hoping for a comfortable place for a longer stay.
