We are a close group of four friends who have known each other for many years, so we already have a strong balance and routine together. We are all employed with work contracts and have solid savings, which makes us reliable with rent and bills. Day to day, we are easy-going, respectful and independent: we keep the place clean, take care of our own things, and always respect shared spaces and quiet hours. We work a lot and do plenty of sport, so we are not heavy partiers and prefer a calm, comfortable home where everyone feels at ease. We communicate well between us, solve problems quickly and fairly, and we always make sure to leave any place in better condition than we found it.
