Chloe and Maun

Hi!
We are a couple currently living in Perth and looking for a clean and comfortable place to rent long-term.

I’m from Taiwan and currently a student, and my boyfriend is from Belgium. He works FIFO and is only home about five days per month, so most of the time it will just be me at the property.

We are responsible, respectful, and very easy-going tenants. We don’t smoke, don’t party, and always keep our living space clean and tidy. We value a quiet and peaceful home environment.

We always pay rent on time and take great care of the place we live in. On our days off, we usually go to the gym or stay home to relax.

We’re hoping to find a room or unit with a private bathroom, and we are ready to move in immediately. References can be provided if needed.
