Jaewook

Hi, I’m Jaewook (27) from Seoul, Korea. I recently moved to Perth from Sydney and I’m looking for a private room for longer than 3 months from 23 March.

I have a background in Industrial Engineering / Business, and I’m currently building my life in Perth while working towards a stable office-based role. I’m very routine-driven and value a calm, clean, and respectful home environment.

I’m clean, organised, and easy to live with. I keep shared spaces tidy, follow house rules, and I’m generally quiet at home because I spend my time focusing on work, study, and personal projects. I also go to the gym regularly, eat fairly healthy, and enjoy tennis, swimming, and the beach.

I like a friendly atmosphere at home, but I also fully respect privacy and personal space. I’m looking for a place where people are clean, considerate, and easygoing.

I can pay rent and bond on time and I’m hoping to find a place where I can settle in properly for the next few months.
