Jaewook

Hi, I’m Jaewook (27). I recently arrived in Perth from Sydney and I'm looking for a short-term private room (around 1 to 2 months) from the 10th of March while I secure an office/engineering role in the mining sector.

I hold a bachelor's in Industrial Engineering. I'm currently attending interviews in the CBD and West Perth, so good access to public transport is ideal. Although I am on a Working Holiday visa, I have sufficient savings to cover my rent and bond upfront, so there will be no payment issues.

Lifestyle-wise, I’m very routine-driven. I go to the gym almost daily, eat healthy, and enjoy tennis, swimming, and the beach. I’m clean, highly organized, and generally quiet at home as I focus on my job search and PTE studies. I appreciate a friendly home atmosphere but fully respect privacy and personal space.

I’m happy with a shared bathroom as long as everyone is clean and considerate. If you are open to a short-term arrangement, I’d love to come for an inspection. Thank you!
