Hi! I’m Alex 👋🏼

I’m looking for a room around East Victoria Park, Carlisle and surrounds up to about 15min drive - ideally up to $300/week including bills (a little flexible for the right place).

A bit about me: I’m in my mid-30s, I work as a dog groomer and I also run a small wedding + event hire business. I’m an early-morning person, usually up around 5–6am and in bed by 9. I’m clean, tidy, respectful and pretty chill at home.

I like having my own space but I’m also happy to chat, share the occasional meal or watch something together. I don’t smoke or drink.

Interests: reading, sewing, walks with my dog, and cosy TV nights.

I do come with Mochi, my 3-year-old cavoodle. She’s very friendly, toilet trained, used to being around other dogs and goes to daycare.

I’m open to any gender/mix of housemates as long as everyone respects shared spaces and keeps things tidy.
