Hi! I’m Alex 👋🏼

I’m looking for a room around Riverton / Cannington / Victoria Park, ideally up to $300/week including bills (a little flexible for the right place).

A bit about me: I’m in my mid-30s, I work four days a week as a dog groomer and I also run a small wedding + event hire business. I’m an early-morning person — usually up around 5–6am and in bed by 9. I’m clean, tidy, respectful and pretty chill at home.

I like having my own space but I’m also happy to chat, share the occasional meal or watch something together. I don’t smoke or drink.

Interests: reading, sewing, walks with my dog, and cosy TV nights.

I do come with Mochi, my 3-year-old cavoodle. She’s very friendly, toilet trained, used to being around other dogs and goes to daycare. She can bark when she hears new noises but usually settles quickly.

I’m open to any gender/mix of housemates as long as everyone respects shared spaces and keeps things tidy.
