Hello! I am looking for a room to rent or girls to team up with for a place on the gold coast in 2026! My max budget is $350 or $400 if bills are included. 12 months stay would be great, but can be flexible.

I am looking for a private room, very flexible on locations , but I will be studying at SCU. Can also be flexible with move in dates too! I have been renting in Brisbane since 2022 so have good rental history and can provide references.

I enjoy walks & going to the beach, travelling and music! I play piano and guitar. I am clean and tidy, quiet and respectful.
