Julie and Markus

We’re Julie (32) and Markus (35), a Danish/German couple, recently moved to Gold Coast and looking for a new place to call home.
We’re on a 2-year student visa — Julie is studying carpentry, and we both work part-time. Our backgrounds are Chemical Engineering (Julie) and Law (Markus).
Our hobbies include:
* Beach volleyball, climbing, camping adventures in our old van
* Surfing, wing foiling, coffee (Markus)
* Dancing, Yoga, arts and crafts (Julie)
We also love chill social activities like game nights or cooking together.

As flatmates we are tidy, respectful, very easy-going, and not the partying type. We’re non-smokers and prefer a healthy, active routine — usually early risers who like to get some exercise in before the day starts.

We’ve both previously lived in student dorms and shared flats for many years, so we understand the importance of creating a friendly, considerate, and harmonious home.
