I’m looking for a private room to move into from 27 December, ideally somewhere I can settle into long-term if it’s a good fit.

I’m hoping to find a place close to the CBD or with easy access to the city, as it makes day-to-day life much easier.

A bit about me — I’m clean, quiet and easy-going, and I really value a respectful and tidy home. I’ve lived in share houses before and always make sure to pull my weight, follow house rules, and keep common areas clean. I’m definitely more into a calm home than a party house.

I’m usually out during the day for work or job hunting, so I won’t be around much. When I am home, I keep things low-key. I don’t smoke and I’m very easy to live with.

I’m preferably looking to live with female flatmates, and I’m genuinely hoping to find a place where I can stay for a long time and treat the house as my home.
