Hi, I'm Jing Ru.
I'm from Taiwan and currently on a working holiday in Australia. I plan to stay for 1–2 years and am hoping to find a stable and comfortable place to live in Sydney. I don’t smoke, I like to keep things clean, and I’m polite and respectful. I keep my living space tidy and enjoy living in an organized environment. I’m easy-going and get along well with different types of housemates.
I’m also looking for a place together with my female friend. She is 23 as well, and her lifestyle is very similar to mine—clean, quiet, and easy to live with.
We usually cook our own meals, go to the gym, and work. We don’t host parties at home and always respect shared spaces and others’ privacy. We also make sure not to disturb neighbours.
We’re looking for a clean and comfortable room or property, and we hope to find friendly and considerate housemates or a kind landlord.
