I'm a 28-year-old woman who loves photography, animals, and nature. I have 11 years rental history, 2 pets and 5.5 years history renting with them. Never any damage and i have 2 or 3 reference letters. I am currently on job seeker due to moving and illness but i am able to go back to work and just moved so am looking for a job, i also study but usually do work full time. Preferring the quiet and cleanliness of a well-maintained smaller place. I enjoy my independence without too much communicationwith others, i am a nurse, EMT, and vet nurse and i have my own photography business. Closer to queanbeyan, fhyswick or tuggeranong is best. Rent max $500. Start toward 3rd or 4th jan. Flexible with furniture and parking but i do have a big car. My pets are toilet trained, dog doesnt bark, low shed, dont scratch or destroy things and i have rented with them for 5.5 years.
