I'm a 28-year-old woman who loves photography, animals, and nature. I have 11 years rental history, 2 pets and 5.5 years history renting with them. Never any damage and i have 2 or 3 reference letters. I am currently on job seeker due to moving and illness but i am able to go back to work and need to find longer term accommodation as my flat was destroyed by my land Lord. I am looking for a job, i also study but usually do work full time. Once I have a place I will ensure I have a job asap and I have savings. I would love clean house mates and quieter at late night due to work hours or notice of visitors late at night, not essential but mainly due to my work schedule. I enjoy my independence but love spending time with others when I'm not too tired and have time. i am a nurse, EMT, and ex vet nurse and i have my own photography business with a new second shooter. Closer to Strathfield, burwood, homebush or Ryde/West Ryde is bestor. Looking for shared at the moment for 6 months. I have furniture but can sell what doesn't fit or add it to the house and remove later. Flexible with parking but I have a big car. My pets are toilet trained, dog doesnt bark, low shed, dont scratch or destroy things and i have rented with them for 5.5 years. They're super friendly and my dog has plenty of commands. Cat is indoors so I usually pop a cat retractable cover by the door and windows have fly screens. I'm very friendly but definitely busy sometimes especially with work, I try to be quiet but do love socialising too.
