I am reliable, relaxed, easy to get along with and clean & tidy. I am also very respectful of others and always pay my way for everything.

I am working casually, but usually around fulltime hours, so I am capable of paying rent.

I'm someone who generally keeps to himself, but don't mind socialising and having fun.

Looking for a room, or a studio/one bedroom.
If living with people, they need to have similar qualities to the ones I've listed. I don't smoke, but I do vape, happy to do it outside.
