Reza and Farnaz

We are a small Iranian family—my wife Farnaz, our six-month-old son, Kaya and I—who have recently arrived in Australia with great excitement to begin a new chapter of our lives in the beautiful city of Newcastle.

From the very beginning, we understood that finding the right job takes time and patience. To make this transition smooth, we have transferred a portion of our savings to Australia, ensuring that our living expenses and rent are comfortably covered for up to one year, and it is easily available to transfer more if it is needed. Additionally, we receive rental income from our property in Iran, which is easily accessible from here in Australia. This means we will have no difficulties meeting rent payments and bills.

We are a non‑smoking, no pet family, looking for a safe, peaceful, and family‑oriented environment where our child can grow. We will take great care of the house, treating it as the first nurturing space for our son. It is our sincere wish to become part of Newcastle’s welcoming community.

We are eager to build healthy and respectful relationships with our landlord and neighbors, and we are fully committed to following the rules and regulations of the home and the area.
