Hi,

My name is Manuel,

I am an international student currently enrolled in Computer Science at USC Moreton Bay.

I work as a courier with my motorbike, and occasionally do landscaping. Usually work through part of the morning, then come back to eat and take a breather at home in the afternoon, and go out again on night time.

I like to stay in shape so i go to the gym 4-5 times a week. I also like to enjoy some video games when on University holiday. Once in a while I also go on short trips with my motorbike.

I have been co-living since my arrival to Australia back in 2023, so I am accustomed to being discreet, respectful of spaces, cleaning after myself after each use of the kitchen, and keeping my bathroom clean. I don't bring people home with me. I don't drink at home or outside.

As for personality, I am friendly, easygoing and silent.

As a vehicle I own 1 motorbike which I like to be able to park off the street.

**IMPORTANT**: My current visa goes until March 15, 2026, I am in the process of extending the visa further, and its highly likely the process is successful, thus looking for a place for 6/12 months. But know that there is a minor chance it doesn't go through.
