I’m 31 and from Germany, arriving in Perth on 20 September on a Work and Holiday visa. I’m looking for a friendly, clean and well-kept share house to call home during my stay.

I’m tidy, respectful and easygoing, with a pretty normal daily routine. I love good food, coffee ☕️, exploring the city and beaches on weekends, and getting to know my housemates.

I’m ideally looking for a room from late September until around mid/late December, so I’m after a shorter-term or flexible stay rather than a long lease.

My husband will be staying with me for the first couple of weeks until early October, and after that I’ll be staying on my own 😊

Ideally, I’m looking for:
• Around $300–400/week including bills
• Preferably my own bathroom
• Good access to public transport
• Cafés, shops and everyday essentials within walking distance
