I’m very responsible with shared spaces, keep things clean and tidy, and value a peaceful living environment. I don’t smoke and drink and spend most of my time reading, studying, exercising and love cooking,
I’m considerate of neighbors and always respectful of house rules.

Currently i am here to explore melbourne and rest of the country , so my stay here will be short.
I would prefer a place near to train station and bus stops.

I’m financially organized and able to pay rent on time, and I’m looking for a place where I can feel comfortable and stable while I build my next chapter here. I’d be happy to provide references or answer any questions.
