Hi, I’m Renee. I’m a quiet, respectful, and reliable person looking for a stable, long-term place to live. I have stable income, always pay rent on time, and take pride in keeping shared spaces clean and well cared for.

I’m mostly independent and keep a low-key routine, but I’m friendly, easy to live with, and value open, respectful communication. I enjoy gaming, watching movies, cooking sweet treats, and relaxing with creative hobbies like building LEGO.

I have one calm, fully toilet-trained cat who is strictly indoors, well-behaved, regularly flea-treated, and used to rental living. I’m very mindful of property care and happy to provide references regarding both myself and my pet if needed.

In the longer term, I may consider getting a small dog with the landlord’s permission, but there are no immediate plans and I completely respect pet policies and conditions.
