Hey, I’m James. I work remotely as a UI and UX designer, so I’m usually working from home during the week. I’m pretty organised and respectful of shared spaces, and I like keeping things tidy.

Outside of work, I’m into staying active, things like squash, running, hiking, and getting outdoors when I can. I also enjoy a quiet night in, cooking, watching a good film, or heading out for a coffee or a casual drink. I’m social and friendly but also value personal space and downtime.

I’m originally from New Zealand and have been living in Australia recently. I’m looking for a flat with people who are easygoing, considerate, and comfortable with a balance of social time and independence. Ideally, I’d love a place that feels relaxed and homely rather than a party house, with clear communication and mutual respect. I also am looking for a flat that is quiet at night.
