Hello my name is Tanya. I am a postgraduate student at RMIT university. I am looking for a long-term place to stay near or accessible to CBD. My schedule is very compact as being both full-time student and a part-time worker.
Therefore, I am a very clean and respectful person. In terms of my requirement, I prefer my own room with an ensuite bathroom. In my free time, I like to go running and explore new cafes. I am a non-smoker and do not own any pets. My move-in date is negotiable also. Happy to have a chat! Cheers :-)
